MaestriaWeb service was created in 2004. It is currently in its fourth generation, and many organizations use it to manage their wireless fleet and related expenses. In fact, MaestriaWeb is the ideal tool for any telecom administrator who wishes to take control on wireless fleet and cost.
Is MaestriaWeb difficult to learn?
According to our customers, MaestriaWeb is really easy to learn. In fact, we have built it with simplicity and intuition in mind. To help you start your project with no delay, we have created a complete online elearning library that you can use at your own pace. Therefore, you will be able to start on day one upon your subscription.
Where is my data hosted?
The software and data from our customers are hosted on the Amazon Web Servers (AWS). Many world-class corporations do so and took the decision to take advantage of a Aaas (Architecture as a service) as we did. We can now concentrate our efforts in delivering the best wireless management solution for our customers.
Is my data secured?
Your data are entirely secured through SSL encryption key and benefits from best practices from security industry. In fact, Amazon holds certification and credits for audit type II SAS 70. You can find more information on Amazon's data security by clicking here.
Can I stop the service if I'm not satisfied with it?
By subscribing to the MaestriaWeb TEAM edition you have no contractual obligation as with our other services. Despite the fact that we would love to have you on board for a long time and understand when your decision to stop must be made. You will only need to communicate with us and we will take appropriate actions to complete satisfaction.
What are the benefits of MaestriaWeb vs my wireless carrier online service?
The majority of wireless carriers offer an online invoice service. The MaestriaWeb service offers many more features such as inventory management, orders & requests management, customizable web-order portal, account statement mailing, business travellers' management, re-invoicing, etc… But most of all, it provides a consolidated view of all your wireless bills, carriers agnostic. My supplier is not on your list of processed supplier. How can I have them included?
MaestriaWeb integrates most major North-American wireless carriers. It might be possible that your supplier is not on our list of processed suppliers. Our ultimate goal is to continue to make MaestriaWeb a great management platform. Your cooperation to integrate new wireless carriers will benefit you. If your supplier fits our data quality standard, by being the first user to contribute to a foreign supplier, you will get a complete year of service FREE. How can I estimate my ROI with your service?

Who will be uploading our data every month?
All MaestriaWeb services come with the data upload service of your electronic invoices. Once you subscribe, we will forward you a Delegation Notice that you can forward to your wireless carrier which will entitle us to upload your data on your behalf. You will then be able quickly train yourself by using our online eLeaning modules and start your project in no time.
